I contacted Chris during my U14 off-season looking to get stronger and faster for my upcoming hockey season. Chris made a specialized workout plan for me that focused on hockey-specific training. The workouts were challenging and we had biweekly check-ins where Chris and I went over everything and made changes, if needed.
