A Fitness Program is a structured exercise plan tailored to a person's goals, fitness level, and needs. A Fitness Program allows you to exercise at home or at the gym without the presence of a personal trainer. This model is cost efficient, flexible, and convenient making it a popular choice for a lot of clients. Fitness programming is aimed at clients who prefer to workout on their own, at their own pace.
Coach Chris will be available by text or email throughout the week if you have any questions or need clarification on any workouts. We can also supply instructional videos for the exercises, if needed.

P.R.E.P. is the Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police which is the provincial fitness standard/assessment for police recruits. Coach Chris has experience with the P.R.E.P. test which consists of two components: the pursuit/restraint circuit and the 20-metre shuttle run. Coach Chris offers a 12-15 week strength & conditioning program specifically suited for police recruits and police applicants ready to take on the Ontario PREP Test. The workouts and exercises were carefully chosen in a way to help you dominate the physical testing required to become a police officer in Ontario. With Chris’ help, you won’t have to worry about the physical component of becoming a police officer. Contact us for more details!
