A 6-week beginner program for those looking to get started again. Whether you are new to exercise or have taken a long break, we have you covered! This beginner program will ease you back into exercise and have you feeling stronger and more confident. You will feel better and see results by the end of the 6-weeks!

A 12-week intermediate program for men looking to elevate their workouts and get ripped. Includes 4 to 5 workouts to be executed weekly at the gym. These workouts will include barbells, dumbbells, pulleys, and machines. The goal being to lose fat, gain lean muscle, and build-up your conditioning.

A 12-week intermediate program for men looking to intensify and change their workouts at home. These workouts will include body-weight exercises and some dumbbells. This program will elevate you to the next level.

  • “The Comeback” A 6-week beginner program for those looking to get started again. Whether you are new to exercise or have taken a long break, we have you covered! This beginner program will ease you back into exercise and have you feeling stronger and more confident. You will feel better and see results by the end of the 6-weeks! 
  • “Ripped in 12” (gym) – a 12-week intermediate program for men looking to elevate their workouts and get ripped. Includes 4-5 one-hour workouts to be executed at the gym. These workouts will include barbells, dumbbells, pulleys, and machines. The goal being to lose fat, gain lean muscle, and build-up your conditioning.
  • “Ripped in 12“ (home) – a 12-week intermediate program for men looking to intensify and change their workouts at home. These workouts will include body-weight exercises and some dumbbells. This program will put you in the best shape of your life with functional exercises!
  • “The Alpha Dad” membership – this is a low monthly fee and will allow you to follow Coach Chris’ exact workout plan. A new workout every 6-8 weeks that will focus on increasing muscular strength and endurance, fat loss, and aerobic training. Programs can be modified, if needed.
